Koellsted Upholstery and Restoration was established in 1996 as Auburn Upholstery in Auburn, Alabama. In 2006, we made the decision to specialize in the art of antique furniture restoration. This includes everything from frame repair, upholstery and finish restoration.

We made the move from Auburn to Opelika, because we became very excited about the revitalization of the historic downtown area and wanted to take part. We believe that the care, repair and restoration of antique and high quality furniture goes hand in hand with the  recent developments in the area.
